With a screaming fast one-kilometer, four-corner course, the Greenfield Crit offers a classic criterium racing experience. The race is the kickoff event of New England Crit Week, a week-long series with five exciting criteriums. Individual and team omnium prizes are awarded at each race of New England Crit Week, with omnium-winners announced at the conclusion of the week at the historic Longsjo Classic in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.

Development of juniors, women, and new racers is a priority for the Greenfield Crit. Since year one, the Greenfield Crit has offered a welcoming racing experience for both new racers and seasoned professionals. With a dedicated juniors field, a free new racer clinic and intro race, and equal opportunities for men and women of all categories, we pride ourselves on our commitment to making this bike race more than just a bike race.

The Greenfield Crit would not happen without the support of our generous volunteers, community partners, and sponsors. The Greenfield Recreation Department is our primary partner at the Town of Greenfield, without whom this race could not go on. All race proceeds are donated directly to the Greenfield Recreation Department in support of their programming and events. To date, we have donated $1,200 to the department.
